Tier 1: Intrepid Foundation Programming $125 +GST (6 weeks)

IDEAL FOR: Purchase this product to receive a single, 6-week training block from Intrepid Performance based on your goals. This is ideal for people who need a professional structure towards achieving their training goal without the need for high-touch coaching oversight.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 6-week progressive training program tailored to your current level and goal.

  • Access to our training platform to view workouts and log data for the duration of your program.

  • Access to in-person coaching sessions at a specialized member rate.

  • This is a “self-managed” tier; it does not include remote check-ins, video feedback, or program adjustments unless an in-person session is booked.

Option to complete the in person session to run through your program at a packaged rate $250+gst Coaching + Program Review.

Tier 2: Intrepid Advanced Strength Coaching $250+GST monthly

So you’ve tried searching for the “perfect” strength program online. Yet, something isn’t sticking. The programs aren’t accounting for the variables that make your situation unique—whether that is a persistent injury, a specific sport demand, or a complex biomechanical history. We specialize in creating high-level strength programming for individuals who need more than just a template and adapt to your ever changing situation.

This is the right fit for you if:

  • You are confident in navigating a weight room and executing movements independently.

  • You have a specific rehab milestone or a performance-driven objective (e.g., specific performance/event goals or injury recovery).

  • You require a plan actually built to address and with consideration of your current ailments or issues

  • You like having access to a coach for review of exercises 

  • You are motivated to follow a structured plan and take ownership of your training blocks.

  • You are ready to make a minimum 3-month commitment to see true physiological adaptation and progress.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • A plan built entirely around your specific injury history, equipment access, and performance goals.

  • Regular technical feedback on your lifting videos to ensure safety and progress.

  • Access to your coach for guidance and program adjustments via Email and WhatsApp

  • Weekly check in by your coach.

Commitment: 3-month minimum commitment to ensure physiological adaptation and results.

Option to complete in person sessions to run through your program, and/or reassessment (testing) at a special rate of $120+GST per a session

Tier 3: Intrepid Pro Strength Programming $400+GST monthly

IDEAL FOR: This program is for those who want a very personalized experience, for those that require monthly calls, a closer level of monitoring, have multiple and more complex injury requirements, would like more feedback on their training and need the highest level of scheduling adjustments and individualization! 

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Monthly zoom call to discuss progress, issues, discussion and feedback

  • 2 or more goals and more complex injury requirements

  • Extensive monitoring, program adjustments, and individualization

  • An initial one hour complimentary movement assessment

  • Unlimited contact via email or whats app

  • Programming is adjusted to meet your schedule and weekly training needs

  • Unlimited pauses (refer to pausing policy)

  • Billed monthly until canceled*
