Embark on a 6-week Strength and Conditioning journey tailored specifically for outdoor enthusiasts like you. Our program is designed to enhance your trail performance and elevate your outdoor adventures to new heights by building the chassis to support your engine.

Led by a Certified Exercise Physiologist, each session blends functional strength training, mobility work, and performance conditioning—tailored to the demands of mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and alpine adventures.

📅 Dates: May 11 – June 22nd (no session May 18th)
🕒 Monday nights: 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM
📍 Location: Oak and Pine Athletics, Canmore
💲 Cost: $173.50 (including GST)
