Embark on a 7-week Strength and Conditioning journey tailored specifically for outdoor enthusiasts like you. Our program is designed to enhance your trail performance and elevate your outdoor adventures to new heights by building the chassis to support your engine.

Led by a Certified Exercise Physiologist, each session blends functional strength training, mobility work, and performance conditioning—tailored to the demands of mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and alpine adventures.

Program Details:

  • Dates: March 19th – April 30th

  • Time: 1:10 PM – 2:10 PM

  • Location: Oak and Pine Athletics, Canmore

  • Cost: $199 (GST incl.)

What’s included:

  • 1 x weekly in-person group training session in Canmore

  • Individual program adaptations for your sport, or injury history

  • Access to 2nd and 3rd weekly strength sessions plus recovery workouts via our training app

  • Coaching designed to transfer directly to trail performance - climb stronger, descend with confidence, and reduce injury risk
