Build strength, endurance, and resilience for the trails with this 7-week Strength and Conditioning program in Canmore. Led by a Certified Exercise Physiologist at Oak and Pine Athletics, this small-group training is tailored for mountain bikers, trail runners, hikers, and peak baggers. Each session focuses on functional strength, mobility, and injury prevention—so you can climb stronger, descend with confidence, and enjoy more time in the mountains. Includes weekly in-person coaching plus additional workouts through our training app.
