You have the option of training in person 1 x weekly or 2 x weekly for a commitment of a 2 month period.*
Intrepid Performance Training is for “everyday” athletes who need help overcoming plateaus in their physical pursuits. This includes:
Youth athletes looking for supplemental training and development
General population seeking professional guidance and not an instagram fitness influencer program
Post injury or surgery in collaboration with your rehab and support team
Ongoing muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic or neurological conditions
Any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve the client’s clinical status
