As the sun shines brighter and (proper) Spring approaches, it's time to gear up, mountain bikers, trail runners, and peak baggers!

Embark on a six-week Strength and Conditioning (S&C) journey tailored specifically for outdoor enthusiasts like you. Our program is designed to enhance your trail performance and elevate your outdoor adventures to new heights this season.

Whether you're conquering rugged trails, scaling majestic peaks, or navigating challenging terrains, our S&C training is designed to optimize your endurance, agility, and strength.

  • Individual adaptations to the programming when needed⁠

  • Access to a 2nd/3rd weekly Strength days as well as recovery sessions through the team app⁠

Spring Youth Athlete program

We're dedicated to nurturing the next generation of athletes through our comprehensive Strength and Conditioning program tailored specifically for youth athletes.

We are focused on building a solid foundation of physical and athletic ability for youth athletes. By prioritizing proper movement patterns and consistent use of good mechanics, this program aims to help participants develop physical literacy - which means they have a fundamental understanding of movement and the ability to execute a variety of movement patterns with precision and control.

With a focus on strength, speed, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, and flexibility, our program further bolsters this mission. We believe in cultivating the physical attributes essential for athletic success from an early age, setting our young athletes on a trajectory for excellence both on and off the field.

Open to Youth Athletes age 12-16
