Before committing to the full program, come experience it for yourself with a FREE 1-hour community Strength & Conditioning class in Canmore. Led by a Certified Exercise Physiologist at Oak and Pine Athletics, this trial session gives you a taste of the training style, exercises, and coaching approach that will help you perform better on the trails. It’s the perfect opportunity to move with a like-minded group of outdoor athletes, ask questions, and see how this training can help you climb stronger, descend with confidence, and stay injury-free.


The 7-Week Program

Join the Intrepid crew for a 7-week Strength and Conditioning program in Canmore, designed specifically for outdoor athletes who love the trails. Whether you’re tackling technical singletrack, chasing summits, or training for a mountain race, this program will help you build strength, improve endurance, boost agility, and reduce injury risk.

Led by a Certified Exercise Physiologist, each session blends functional strength training, mobility work, and performance conditioning—tailored to the demands of mountain biking, trail running, hiking, scrambling, and alpine adventures.

📅 Dates: Monday, September 15 – Monday, October 27
🕒 Monday nights: 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM
📍 Location: Oak and Pine Athletics, Canmore
💲 Cost: $180 + GST
